Tseng, the stoic, level-headed leader of the Turks. There are times he can be tempremental. Rather stern in nature, but isn't completely emotionless.
Headcannons:
He hates being reminded of his humanity because, in those moments, he's reminded of feelings and all the things he's done.-He has always prioritised missions over anything. It was one of the things that had stuck with him. After he lost Veld.
Sometimes, he realises he's incredibly lonely. Honestly, if he falls in love he's gonna freak the fuck out. He never minds dressing as a woman. He works it and looks great in heels.While he gives Reno shit, he still cares and that's why he still has a job.People that blush easily are an odd weakness of his.He enjoys being made to work for things. And making people work for his attention. He actually really enjoys sunlight and wishes he could see it more. Normally forgets to eat in favour of work, because it never ends.Every year he goes to Zack's grave, puts a flower on it he bought from Aerith and reads some of her letters.His biggest regret is that the Turk's failed to locate Zack before the ShinRa army found them because they never delivered the letters Aerith had written Zack.He hides his emotions well, but there's some things that really trigger that other side of him.If he ever falls in love, despite him thinking he wouldn't prioritise their safety, he'd compromise a mission for them. Because logic isn't always present when love is involved.Tseng wears the gloves all the time because sometimes he looks down and sees all the blood on his hands. It can be very distracting, and spiral him into bad memories.He hates thinking of all the people he's failed.In the end, he's still human and has doubts

Even if he can still be scary, because of his job, he will occasionally check up on her. She reminds him that he is humans, emotions aren't bad and his hands aren't tainted and won't hurt her.

Virgil (@publicaerelatio): A strange friendship developed over coffee, he appreciates the man and what he does for Shinra. He deserves every coffee the Director brings him.
Amber Keegan (Kindhearteddr): He can't blame her for her cold personality and general standoffishness. They seem to have a sarcastic and somewhat teasing friendship.
Skylar Juniper Molana (@dxlliance ): It was an odd meeting, even if it didn't end well. They eventually became better friends over some strawberry cake and Tseng helped Skylar with some preparations for her new baby.
Akira (@PRINCETRA): An odd friendship that seems mostly around sarcasm and sass. Though he is kept on his toes by the man, he enjoys their presence and wit.
Romances:
Reno (@RenoBATurk): Before anything, he was Reno's mentor and helped him adjust to life as a Turk. It took a while for him to warm up to Reno, but they're happy and together. Despite everything they've gone through, he would compromise a mission for Reno.
Lea Clemont (@shirnasvogue): It was a chance meeting needing some information, however, he finds her compelling. So far, he can't stay far away and his feelings are growing, perhaps he'll admit his feelings if she keeps sticking around.
Eris Aello (@HRHeels): Apart from teaching her to fight, her general personality calls to him. Teaching her to fight in heels, while using them as a weapon has been a strange way to start getting feelings for her, but it makes sense. She could hurt him and he would thank her.
Prompto Argentum (@ChocoboMemories): Prompto's smile is like sunlight, warming his day and his general cheeriness is a welcomed change to the stern Turk. His passion and general happiness have drawn Tseng in, after all it's why he brought him a chocobo plushie, just to see him smile.
Biggs (@ShrewdAvalanche): At some point, going behind Shinra and flirting with the other side became something more, one morning over a cup of coffee. He wasn't used to people doing things for him and ended up blurting that he loves him, because someone made him coffee. He treasures every little moment they have together.
Lucas Ross Valentine (@LucasRValentine): Having found the man in the labs, he told himself he'd help have the best life he could. However, at some point, he developed feelings for him, even though he steals his things. However, he wouldn't trade him for anything, and wants to spoil him. He deserves everything, all he has to do is smile.
Rufus Shinra (@thinkfxst): Having been by his side for many years, it wasn't a surprise that feelings began to grow. Seeing past that cold exterior and giving the touched starved man the affection he deserves.
Levi Alexandersson (@razrshxrp): A quick witted and skilled Turk, has drawn Tseng's eye. Also his aesthetically pleasing exterior isn't too bad either.
Elena (@elenathe_turk): A hardworker, good all round person, Tseng didn't really think of her little crush. Until she admitted it, he found he rather liked her too, and her soft lips.
Irvine Kinneas (@LonelyValiant): Their base relationship was built on flirtations and the expressions of interest in one another. However, they haven't acted on the desire, letting the tension stir. When he was ill, he couldn't help but offer the man support, though he doesn't know him that well yet, he believes the other deserves some care and there's more he can offer than physical intimacy.
